One Day Mumbai To Shirdi Shani shingnapur Trip

Shirdi – Shani Shingnapur One-Day Cab Trip from Mumbai  

Operated by Saiprem Holidays  

1. Booking & Payment  

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.  

– A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.  

– Balance payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of travel.  

– Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card.  

– If booking is made within 7 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.  

 2. Inclusions  

The quoted package rate covers:  

– Private air-conditioned cab for round-trip transfers (Mumbai – Shirdi – Shani Shingnapur – Mumbai)  

– Driver allowance, tolls, parking fees, and fuel charges  

– Door-to-door pickup and drop in Mumbai  

– Local permits and vehicle taxes  

 3. Exclusions  

The following are not included and are payable by the traveler separately:  

– Temple entry fees, VIP tokens, and special aarti charges  

– Meals, refreshments, bottled water, and snacks  

– Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone calls, or shopping  

– Any optional sightseeing or services not mentioned in the itinerary  

– Hotel accommodation (if applicable)  

 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy  

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Saiprem Holidays. Refunds will be processed as follows:  

– More than 15 days prior to departure: 75% refund of the total package cost  

– 8–15 days prior: 50% refund  

– 4–7 days prior: 25% refund  

– Less than 4 days or no-show: No refund  

All refunds will be made within 15 working days after deduction of the retention amount.  

5. Amendments & Alterations  

– Any change to the travel date, pickup/drop-off point, or vehicle type must be requested at least 10 days before departure.  

– Amendments may incur additional charges subject to availability and seasonality.  

– Saiprem Holidays reserves the right to adjust the fare if fuel prices or toll charges increase before the date of travel.  

6. Force Majeure  

Saiprem Holidays will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:  

– Natural disasters (floods, landslides, storms)  

– Political unrest, strikes, or curfews  

– Road blockades or government-imposed restrictions  

– Vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failure  

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.  

 7. Traveler Responsibilities  

– Carry a valid government-issued photo ID for darshan and security checks.  

– Dress modestly (shoulders and knees covered) and carry a headscarf for temple visits.  

– Be punctual for the agreed pickup time; delays may shorten sightseeing time.  

– Inform the driver or Saiprem Holidays of any special needs (medical conditions, mobility assistance) at booking.  

8. Liability & Insurance  

– Vehicles used are insured as per government regulations; personal belongings remain the traveler’s responsibility.  

– We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, or baggage loss.  

– Saiprem Holidays’ liability is limited to the services expressly included in this package.
